FIFA World Cup 2026™ Hospitality Experience

The FIFA World Cup 2026™ is one of the largest sporting events ever staged, spanning 16 host cities across North America. As U.S. Design Lead for the hospitality programme, I was responsible for leading the design delivery of environmental graphics across VIP suites, lounges, clubs, and premium guest experiences.

Over the course of the project, I managed a team of eight designers, establishing workflows, maintaining creative consistency, and coordinating the production of thousands of large-format assets across multiple venues. Working closely with stakeholders in the U.S. and UK, I translated a global creative vision into site-specific environments while balancing complex production requirements, evolving venue specifications, and demanding timelines.

My role extended beyond design leadership. I developed design systems, refined presentation standards, created production-ready artwork, and collaborated daily with project managers, architects, vendors, and fabrication partners to ensure every installation met the highest standard.

The project culminated in Miami, where I oversaw the installation of the hospitality graphics ahead of the tournament. Seeing months of planning, collaboration, and creative problem-solving come together at full scale was an incredibly rewarding experience and a career highlight.

From concept through installation, this project showcased my ability to lead multidisciplinary creative teams, manage complex environmental design programmes, and deliver world-class experiences on one of the biggest stages in sport.
